Keeping Up with Khloe and Lamar

 My article about Khloe and Lamar Odom is important to COHS students because it gives them information on the outside world and famous people who make bad decisions just like normal everyday people do.  After your decisions may seem wrong it’s a good outcome. COHS students who are interested in The Kardashians and their reality TV show “Keeping up with the Kardashians” would be interested in this article. It basically sums up what their talking about in the show and what their saying in the media, that may be untrue.

After 2 ½ weeks of knowing each other, Lamar (a LA laker player) proposes to Khloe Kardashian, and when she said yes, she stated she wants a wedding 9 days later.  On the 27^th of September, that day is their “lucky” day.  Khloe and Lamar are preparing for a wedding when they don’t know anything about each other.  What they do know is that they’ve both lost a parent to cancer, Khloe when she was 19 and Lamar when he was 12.  Khloe’s family did not approve of her marriage at first; they were fine with the engagement until she said the wedding was 9 days later.  Not only was Khloe stressed, but she kept it a big secret from her stepfather, the guy who raised her since she was 5.  She didn’t let him know that she was getting married; he had never met the guy who Khloe says she’s in love with.  Bruce didn’t find out about her engagement from Khloe, but he saw it on the 5’oclock news.  Can you imagine how a father would feel about his daughter getting married and him finding out from the news?  After this happened the family started warming up to the idea of Lamar being the new addition to the family, He fit into the family as if he was there for a while.  Khloe and Lamar are already talking about having kids although Lamar already has 2 children from a previous relationship.  To this day Lamar and Khloe are still happy.

In conclusion, my article is about how happy Khloe and Lamar are, nobody thought they’d last and to this day they are still going strong.  After knowing someone for a little bit, love is love and you can’t stop your feelings.
