Since writing this article, new evidence on this topic has come to light. Please see the first comment on this article for the web address link to that new evidence.
I wrote this article for all the COHS students who have ever been self conscious about the color of their teeth. If you or anyone you know has teeth that are not perfectly white, you may want to read this article to get a new idea about how to remedy this problem. Of course this new method is not guaranteed to work, but still it seems quite promising.
A mother of three children who lives in Sacramento has recently discovered a surprising secret about her teeth and a new whitening product after many unsuccessful tries to whiten her yellow chompers. After many whitening products and much hard work in brushing her teeth, nothing prevailed and the teeth remained yellow and dirty. She then describes the reason why her teeth were yellow; “I was a chain-smoker for ten years, as well as a coffee drinker.” The tobacco had stained her teeth a deep yellow, while the coffee stained her teeth with black blotches.
When no product worked and all the effort went to waste, out of frustration she mixed two products together and began to test their cleaning power. Surprisingly the two products combined had taken off all the yellow and black coffee stains all together. As she described the discovery many listened in awe, “I couldn’t believe that I got the results I did with an at-home teeth treatment. I was skeptical by the offer, but found out that many companies give out trials because they are in need of new customers in this tight economy.”
Sandy was a clever women as she had bought the products of Dazzle white and Bright smile together with the many coupons she had collected for both the cost and shipping. Surprisingly she had only paid a total of $1.99 for both products to be shipped together. She was also intelligent to research the products thoroughly and completely, so she could come to the conclusion of their effect. After the test was done, her unintentional idea seemed to be a success, and the effects were also long lasting.
Even more impressing was the fact that the at-home do-it-yourself kit was many times better than the professional treatment. The professional treatment is much more expensive than the do it yourself kit. Costing more than five hundred dollars, the professional treatment only cleans certain areas rather than cleaning the entire set of teeth, while the at home kit is under five dollars and covers all the areas of teeth, especially the hidden areas where regular brushing can’t reach. She describes her life after the event; “I stumbled upon a secret that turned my dreadful teeth into something I was proud of! Within a few days I noticed a major transformation in the way my teeth looked, and my friends, family, and strangers took notice too!”

lol.. just a heads up.

I thought the beginning two paragraphs were not necessary. I really felt the next two paragraphs were just a long anectdote and the meaty part didn’t come till the very end. On the other hand, I really liked the subject and I thought it relates well to people in highschool. The story just needed one or two more revisions to make it flawless.

After I had read this article I had thought that these products could not possibly work better than a professional whitening, but after reading the comment I was surprised to read that they did work. I would also like to add that it is very true about the professional treatments. I see advertisements everywhere and they don’t even show the cost because it is so expensive. I would like to try this product now as well to see if it worked. Well, after I get my braces off anyway.

I honestly think that you should have researched the product a little more before you wrote it. I myself am interested in getting my teeth whitened as soon as I get my braces off and getting it at a low price would be great. I’ve seen these advertisements all over the place about this product and it seemed too good to be true. I found out that Dazzle is a scam with hidden charges. They lure you with the low price and sting you right after and get you stuck with them.
